Gord Waites
Gord has built a reputation for exceptional client service, professionalism, discretion and market knowledge in luxury Muskoka real estate.
Gord's background as a senior executive in corporate IT and Customer Service at several Toronto companies, including Bell Canada and AT&T, has provided him with critical negotiating expertise. Gord successfully applies his working knowledge of technology, customer service excellence, and negotiating to his real estate business.
Gord has been cottaging in Muskoka since 1999. Over the years, he has lived on the big three lakes: Muskoka, Joe, and Rosseau. Through his experience in multiple building projects in Muskoka, Gord can assist clients who buy Muskoka real estate, sell their cottages, or build a new one.
Gord holds a golf membership at Oviinbyrd Golf Club and obtained his private pilot's license to commute to Muskoka from businesses in Toronto and Windsor in his amphibious aircraft. Gord's aviation training includes night rating, float rating, and IFR (instrument flight rating). Gord recently received his Transport Canada Drone Pilot Certificate. Gord brings the meticulous attention to detail he learned in aviation to each of his customers' real estate experiences.
Tracy Tennant
Tracy forms part of the multi-million dollar producing Muskoka Lakes Real Estate Team.
She was born in Glasgow, Scotland and attended the University of Toronto for her undergraduate and graduate degrees. After university Tracy worked in regulatory, marketing and sales environments in the telecom sector in downtown Toronto.
Tracy and her family have been cottaging on the Big Three Lakes since the late 1990s, including owning and renting cottages on Lake Muskoka, Lake Joe and Rosseau. During that time she has developed extensive local knowledge and has gained experience in multiple cottage and boathouse construction projects.
Tracy loves working with clients as an advisor, a team member to help them research and identify the property that fits their unique needs and will only put her client's interests first. Tracy believes any purchase in cottage country, be it a empty lot or a developed property with a cottage, has to be a worthwhile investment. She won't hesitate to let clients know if one isn't a good fit, whether it's due to road proximity, water quality or lack of privacy. Her sales and marketing skills and her background of construction knowledge are all applied to providing the finest service available to her clients, whether they are selling or buying a property.
Tracy currently lives at her cottage on Lake Joseph and is a member of Oviinbyrd Golf Club.Julie Schnurr

Krista Hilton
Krista is a key part of the multi-million dollar producing Muskoka Lakes Real Estate Team. She is a consummate professional with extensive local knowledge of Muskoka, strong negotiating skills, and is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care and attention.
With 20 + years of sales experience in the luxury travel industry, her sales and marketing background, at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Toronto, Deloitte, and Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, provided the perfect foundation for her Real Estate career.
Krista understands the key to working successfully with her clients is to act as an advisor, guide her clients by listening to their needs and wants, and to work with them as a team to find the perfect cottage in Muskoka.
Krista's family are long time Muskoka cottagers. They have owned a cottage on Muldrew Lake in Muskoka for 18 years. She loves the cottage lifestyle, dining at the beautiful restaurants in Bala and Port Carling and spending time with her three children at the cottage.

Scarlett Hilton
Before joining the Gord Waites Real Estate Team, Scarlett owned and operated a successful pop up business called the Dollhouse, beside the JW Marriott's The Rosseau Resort & Spa. Her retail operation allowed her to develop a strong customer base and valuable client connections. She utilized her financial skills and learned the importance of customer service and effective communication to provide her clients with exceptional service.
Scarlett studied business at the University of Western Ontario and is just completing her Bachelor of Commerce with a Real Estate Management Major at Toronto Metropolitan University.
Scarlett believes in putting her clients interests first and acting as an advisor. She understands the key to working successfully with her clients is to listen carefully, keep communicating, and to be there for them through each step of the process as they look to find the right cottage investment in Muskoka.
Scarlett has a strong connection with Muskoka; she grew up cottaging on Muldrew Lake with her family, including her 2 brothers. She adores spending summers and fall at the cottage, hiking, dining out and being immersed in the Muskoka lifestyle.
