what our clients have to say about working with us.

We finally found our forever home in Beautiful Muskoka. Thank you Gord and Tracy for all your professional help and your over and above generosity with the whole process.

— Mark & Louise P.

We are extremely pleased and completely satisfied with our experience in searching for and purchasing our new cottage. Julie provided invaluable insight into the cottage country market and took the time and effort to allow us to explore a number of lakes in the region. Julie’s knowledge of the particulars of the lakes and in some cases, the cottages themselves, spoke to her years of experience in the region, which could not have been matched by a realtor from the city. Thanks to Julie’s help and professionalism, we’re already enjoying the end of winter in our new cottage and we’re looking forward to the coming summer.

— Linda and Dan G.

I would like to send on to you a few thoughts regarding my 'adventure' into the high paced world of real estate. Needless to say, the whole experience was stressful and yet exciting! Julie showed me a number of homes and was VERY patient. As I said to her a number of times, "I don't think I'm fussy, but I do know what I want.” After looking at these homes, we returned to one that we had looked at previously. After taking a second look, Julie and I realized that all it really needed was a little paint and new rugs. Julie really has a great eye for decorating and gave me a few suggestions. The offer went in! A home inspection confirmed that it was well built and maintained. The offer was accepted. I was thrilled! My brother sits on the porch or back deck with his paper and coffee and says, "That real estate agent of yours is a gem. Tell her that for me. I love this house!"

Thanks, Julie! You did a great job!

— Mary J.

I am sitting here in my new lovely cottage feeling quite lucky. We would never have found or bought this cottage were it not for our agent Julie Schnurr. She asked a lot of questions about what we wanted. What style, what must haves and what was the dream? We heard from her again 4 to 6 weeks later and she said she thought she had the cottage for our family. It was not what we had considered in the past. Julie talked a lot to me from her experience about how much the older kids would use the cottage and that they would love it so much that the occasional crowding wouldn’t matter to them. She was always calm and thoughtful and never pushy through the whole process. After a successful offer negotiation, we had a short closing and were in our new place for August long weekend! Our kids thought we would never buy a cottage after so many years of on again off again looking so they and we are very thankful to Julie and think of her on those lingering lakeside nights by the beautiful fire pit that she gave us as a housewarming gift.

— Linda P.
